Growth and Exit Strategy for a Real Estate Company

A real estate brokerage owner came to us tired and frustrated. He had spent the past decade building his company and was responsible for 70% of its revenue. Tired and in need of a vacation, he
was contemplating whether he would be better off closing shop and running a home business instead of having to manage a 14-employee operation. Loupe analyzed the situation and identified a new market opportunity. We identified an unexploited niche in the real estate market to focus on and created a separate in house division with a different business model.

We helped create the vision, set goals for the new venture and identified possible products that would thrive in this market. Companywide, we also instituted a new cost accounting systems and revitalized team morale. We analyzed and changed their compensation system and recruiting process to jumpstart employee productivity.

Today, the new division is larger and more profitable than the original business. And the owner is now able to take regular vacations.
